I found Audio/Video helpers on Angie's List and I am glad I did. The technician (Michael) did a thorough job of connecting all of the components and explained everything in detail. They were meticulous in dealing with my own unique situation and even programmed a universal remote. Everything works great. We even had a problem afterwards caused by the cable company, not Audio/Video helpers, and they were able to solve the problem quickly. I highly recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I recently had to replace a 10-year old SONY television set. To state the obvious, the advances in technology since the time we bought this set, and the number of options now available. are significant.
We looked at most major retail sources; none made a good first impression. Only one person showed enough professional competence and personal interest to answer our questions and to focus on our desires; specifically: Marvin Shebroe. He assured that we full understood the options available to us. He helped coordinate the cabinet work necessary to accommodate the larger SONY we were interested in. He worked with Brighthouse to assure that we would have the proper "box" before the TV was delivered. In summary, he made this a productive and pleasant experience for us.
Further, the installers were professional, thorough, courteous and patient. By the time they left our home, we were fully able to operate this new technology in concert with the audio system previously installed. I highly commend them to you.
